🔄 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 days of purchase for a full refund — as long as your item has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at info@mycocobody.com with your order number.

📦 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Full Refund — Within 7 Days

You may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• All hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact

• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🟡 Partial Refund — 8 to 14 Days

Returns made between 8 and 14 days after delivery are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 25% restocking fee.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Items returned without original packaging or hygiene protection

• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery

• Final sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout)

💳 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
